Tread depth and your certificate
Ontario sets minimum tread requirements, and worn tires will not pass a safety inspection. We measure each tire and write the numbers on your invoice so you can plan replacement rather than be surprised by it.
Options for working drivers
We will be straight about the trade-offs:
- New all-season or all-weather tires for the longest life
- Inspected used tires when budget is tight or one tire fails
- Winter tires for December-to-March driving confidence
- Repairs where a puncture is genuinely repairable
- Rotation and balancing to extend the life of the set
Keeping costs down
Regular rotation, correct pressures and proper alignment can add thousands of kilometres to a set. For a full-time driver, that is real money.

Do used tires pass a safety inspection?
They can, if tread depth and condition meet Ontario's requirements. We measure and tell you before installing.
How long do tires last with rideshare driving?
Often 40,000–60,000 km, sometimes less with heavy city driving. Rotation and pressure checks help significantly.
Can I buy just one tire?
Yes. We will match size and rating and pair tread depth as closely as possible on the same axle.
