Do suspension parts have to be replaced in pairs?
Struts and springs usually should be, so the vehicle sits and handles evenly. Links and bushings can often be done individually.
Will worn suspension fail a safety inspection?
Excessive play in ball joints, tie rods or a broken spring will not meet Ontario's requirements. We measure play as part of the inspection.
Do I need an alignment afterwards?
In most cases yes—replacing steering or suspension parts changes the geometry.
