What is documented
Every visit is recorded per vehicle so you always know where each one stands:
- Oil and filter service history with mileage
- Brake and tire measurements over time
- Safety inspection dates and certificate status
- Outstanding recommended repairs by priority
Inspection readiness
We track when certificates are due and flag likely failures well in advance, so a driver is not sidelined the week their certificate expires.
Approvals stay with you
No repair proceeds without your approval, and we prioritize what safety and Ontario's standard require over anything optional.

A Safety Standards Certificate is issued only when a vehicle meets the provincial standard, so we cannot guarantee that any vehicle will pass. How many vehicles do I need for fleet service?
Two or more is enough to benefit from scheduled intervals and per-vehicle records.
Can you inspect all of my vehicles?
Yes, as an Ontario-licensed Motor Vehicle Inspection Station, subject to appointment capacity. Certificates are issued only when each vehicle meets provincial requirements.
