What shocks and struts do? SHOCKS KEEP YOUR VEHICLE STABLE AND YOU IN CONTROL They keep the tires from bouncing which causes loss of road contact and they also keep the vehicle body weight from shifting and rolling which causes a loss of vehicle control and handling.. When shocks and struts are working well, the vehicle maintains traction on the road and has the optimum stability in every driving condition: stopping, turning, swerving, over bumps and potholes.
A shock or a strut operate the same but mount differently. Each of the four tires has either a shock or strut connected to that corner’s suspension and vehicle body or frame. They are hydraulic cylinders that provide motion damping by restri [...]

Inside your car’s engine, fuel is constantly burning. A lot of the heat from this combustion goes right out the exhaust system, but some of it soaks into the engine, heating it up. The engine runs best when its coolant is about 200 degrees Fahrenheit (93 degrees Celsius). At this temperature:
- The combustion chamber is hot enough to completely vaporize the fuel, providing better combustion and reducing emissions.
- The oil used to lubricate the engine has a lower viscosity (it is thinner), so the engine parts move more freely and the engine wastes less power moving its own components around.
- Metal parts wear less.
There are two types of cooling systems found on cars: liquid-cooled and air-cooled.
Without a cooling system, your engine would quickly reach temperatures that would damage most of its components. Heat damage is one of the leading causes of engine failure. Excessive heat can cause cracking in the engine

Whether you drive a manual or an automatic vehicle, it’s important to keep your car’s transmission running smoothly. Automatic transmissions need regular servicing to ensure maximum performance, economy and service life. Manual transmissions also need servicing although this usually includes less complicated tasks, such as replacing the fluids and/or making minor adjustments.

The battery is needed to make the starter work and the starter turns the engine to get it running. Battery also provides the electrical source to power up the cars computers. Without the battery the car won’t start. An alternator (re-charger) keeps charging your battery while your car is running.
Warning signs indicating that the battery is dying:
There are various indications and symptoms that your battery may need replacement:
- Slow engine crank: When you attempt to start the vehicle, the cranking of the engine is sluggish and takes longer than normal to start. You’d best describe it as the “rur rur rur” starting noise sound.
- Check engine light: The check engine light sometimes appears when your battery power is weak. Strange system indicator lights–such as check engine and low coolant lights–could mean there’s a problem with your battery. (It could also just mean

Exposure to heat, vibration and contamination makes belts and hoses wear out faster than any other components in the car.
While some accessories in the car are electrically powered by the charging system, others use the engine itself as their power source. The power for these accessories is delivered by a system of pulleys and belts. Examples of these accessories are:
- Alternator
- Water Pump for engine cooling
- Power Steering Pump
- Air Conditioning Compressor
- Radiator Cooling Fan
- Many late model cars use a single serpentine belt in place of individual belts t [...]

The oil filter is a part of the oiling system on an internal combustion engine. The filter takes dirty oil and removes particulates and metal flakes from the oil.
The cleaned oil is recirculated through the engine after leaving the filter.
Depending upon the requirement either synthetic or regular oil is replaced along with the filter. We use only the quality oil in order to enhance the performance of the vehicle.
